I started PropellerHead in
September 2002
because I had a
yee-haw
idea. After runaway success, a lot of people
asked me to market products outside of the
aviation market. I surrendered corporate orientation, organized around
the G-Force brand, and felt objective. I became Michel DuBil,
Marketeer.
I flew around with my first product for a whole summer, before I gave it
a yee-haw factor-10 rating.
That's
the spirit I put into all my products. It's the spirit I want to share with
you, when you buy them.
I don't print a monster
catalog, or employ order-takers who
read pre-programmed
replies from copywritten script on their monitors. I don't employ buyers who comb China for
big lots.
I offer a handful of products that are
each unique in its way; all of which have yee-haw factor.
I'm still a
propellerhead at heart.
I am a commercial rated pilot, a certified ground
instructor, with another rating close at hand. I still get the
yee-haws each time I leave Earth. If I cannot infect you with a bonafide case
of the same, I am authorized by the owner to give you your
money back.

Order Information
Orders are usually shipped
within a day of receipt. If a delay is imminent, I will notify you by
e-mail or telephone.
Michel DuBil, Marketeer ships via USPS-Priority Mail or USPS-Express Mail,
at the customer's option. Priority Mail ships to most of the
US in 2-3 days. Express Mail ships to most of the US in 1-2
days. Express Mail does not always mean
overnight delivery. Actual date and time of delivery are determined by
the US Postal Service and your local Post Office.
Choice
of shipping method is offered on the order form. Be
alert to highlight the method of your choice and click the RECALCULATE
TOTALS button to confirm your selection.
Virginia orders have 5% sales tax added.
International Orders
Orders outside the
US are shipped via Priority Mail International. It remains the timely, economic
method that offers insurance and delivery confirmation.
International shipping charges
are not provided under USPS-Live Rate Lookup and are not reflected on the order form.

Although the carrier claims delivery in 6-10 days, the total time, in delivery to you,
depends on the efficiency of your (country’s) customs department. Allow
10-14 days, as a realistic delivery time.

If within 60 days of
delivery, you are dissatisfied with your purchase,
Michel DuBil, Marketeer will refund your full purchase price, less shipping costs,
upon satisfactory return of the product. See

If your return is an
exchange, your correct order will be shipped, with shipping charges
applied as necessary, upon
receipt of the original item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping
charges, proof of return and appropriate insurance.
Returns must be deemed, by
Michel DuBil, Marketeer, to be in original
condition, before a refund is issued.
Statement of Limited Warranty
Michel DuBil,
Marketeer
products are warranted
by the manufacturer to be (1) manufactured from new, or new and
reconditioned parts that perform like new parts, (2) are defect free in
workmanship and materials, (3) conform to the manufacturer's operating
specifications and (4) are in good working order. The warranty period is
twelve months from date of original purchase. The warranty is not
transferable during the warranty period.
If
a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period,
return it to Michel DuBil,
Marketeer or where otherwise directed, with postage prepaid
and
insured as necessary and an accountable tracking method applied, for
repair or replacement, free of charge. See

to Return
below for details.
The replacement item assumes
the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Replacement is not
available for products that are defaced, altered, in need of repair not
included within warranty service specifications, or damaged beyond
repair. Also, any product must be free of any legal
obligations/contracts that would prevent or limit its exchange.
Warranty service
excludes defects caused by misuse, accident, modification, improper
operating environment, improper maintenance, or failure caused by a
product for which Michel DuBil,
Marketeer is not responsible.
All expressed and implied warranties, including the implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to
the duration of the warranty period. No warranties, expressed or
implied, will apply after this period.
How to
Return
Send an
e-mail message to

stating your desire to return
the product. Include the invoice number, product name, your name, your
telephone number, and the reason for your return. You will receive
return authorization and shipping instructions in reply.
We will wish to discuss your
dissatisfaction, by telephone, but will not deny your wishes.
All returned items become the
sole property of Michel
DuBil,
Marketeer.
Limitation of
Liability
The only solution under this statement is
set forth in this section. You may recover actual damages up to, but not
exceeding, the limit set forth in the following paragraph concerning the
performance or nonperformance of
Michel
DuBil,
Marketeer products and
represented products manufactured or distributed by another company.
Michel
DuBil,
Marketeer's liability for actual
damages from any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid for
the product which caused the damages. In no event will
Michel
DuBil,
Marketeer be liable for damages
caused by your failure to fulfill your responsibilities under this
Statement of Limited Warranty. In no event will
Michel
DuBil,
Marketeer be liable for any lost
profits, lost savings, incidental damage, or other economic
consequential damages. This is true even if you advise
Michel
DuBil,
Marketeer or
a reseller of the possibility of such damages.
Michel
DuBil,
Marketeer is not liable for any
claim by you based on a third party claim.
Some states do not
allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, or do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. If
such laws are applicable, the provisions contained within this statement
may not apply to you.
This warranty provides
you with specific legal rights. Additional rights may also apply and
vary
from state to state.
